At Past Collections, each item is carefully curated and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of vintage and curio products, we follow the policy outlined below.
Nature of Products
- All items sold are vintage, antique, pre-owned, or handmade.
- Natural signs of age, wear, patina, minor imperfections, or variations are part of the item’s character and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed.
- Customers are advised to review product descriptions, images, and measurements carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If an item is received damaged during transit or incorrectly shipped, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging must be provided for verification.
- Once return approval is granted, the item must be shipped back within 7 days from the date of approval.
- Approved items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping charges shall be borne by the purchaser.
- Items returned beyond the specified time frame may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
